Introduction:
Welcome to the website for Fenny Bentley village.
Fenny Bentley is situated just north of Ashbourne in Derbyshire and is the southern most village of the Peak District National Park.
On this website you will find information about the Parish Council, the history of the village of Fenny Bentley and also information about a community group known as the Fenny Bentley Initiative (FBI).

The next Parish Council Meeting will be held in January 2024 (date to be confirmed nearer the time) unless there are any urgent matters to deal with. St Edmund's Church, Fenny Bentley. The agenda can be found here.
The Parish Council has been awarded a grant of £3,000 for the purchase of a speed indicator device on the main A515 road through the village.
Planning permission has been granted for a footbridge over the river adjacent to the A515, it is hoped that this work will go ahead in due course.
